Shipping policy

Shipping is free on every order to a US address. We ship to addresses in the United States only.

We check every order for 12 hours before it's sent, then it's packed within 1-3 business days. Delivery time depends on where the item ships from, and each product page shows its own estimate: about 4–11 business days for items in our US warehouse and about 8–18 business days for items from our international warehouse.

To change your address, email hello@leashlark.com within 12 hours of ordering.

You'll get a tracking number by email when your order ships. Tracking can take 2-3 days to show updates.
